Tumpa Husna Yasmin Fellows
Tumpa is a chartered architect and has been practicing architecture for over 10 years. Before co-founding this practice she has been a lead architect at a number of award-winning architectural firms in London. Tumpa has obtained her architectural degrees from the renowned institution, the Bartlett School of Architecture, University College London. She has been recognised by the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) as a Rising Star in 2017 and in 2019 she has been awarded a commendation for the RIBA President's Award for Research. She is a co-founder of the UK-based charity Mannan Foundation Trust.
Tumpa is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Architecture and Cities at the University of Westminster, where her teaching draws on her research methodologies on interdisciplinary approach to design. She is also a PhD candidate, undertaking practice-based research which focuses on community participatory methods on architectural responses to the changing climate, landscape and social practices.

David Fellows
​
David is a chartered structural engineer and has worked in the construction industry for over 15 years, working on a wide range of projects. David began his career, as a structural engineer, working for Atkins on educational buildings before working on the Olympic Park and then in the Building Damage Assessment Team on the Crossrail project. After experience of working on larger infrastructure projects, David moved to Buro Happold to work on high profile building projects, architecturally designed by Herzog & de Meuron and Fosters, and lead the structural design of a sports centre in Cambridge. Before co-founding Our Building Design Ltd, David worked at Fairhurst to gain further experience of leading projects by working on a £50 million residential project in High Wycombe. Our Building Design Ltd was founded in May 2018 and has successfully completed nearly 100 residential projects, as well as a commercial project in the Battersea area.

Tetdjim Arnaud
Tetdjim is a chartered structural engineer with over 15 years’ experience in the design office and site supervision both in the UK and overseas. He has wide range of expertise in structural engineering and, prior to joining Our Building Design, has worked with most major UK engineering companies which has enabled him to have an in-depth knowledge about the design and site implementations. The companies include Aecom , Buro Happold, Robert Bird Group, W.A. Fairhurst and Oakcraft Holsmley Mill. In addition to being a chartered member of the Institution of Structural Engineers, Tetdjim is also a reviewer for the institution which consists of assessing other engineers who to want to site the IStructE exam and become chartered engineer.
Tetdjim was responsible for the design and delivery of wide range of projects around the globe including the London 2012 Olympic Village, King Abdullah Financial District – KAFD (£5billion project in Saudi Arabia), Chelsea Waterfront or Chelsea PowerStation (£1.3billion project) in Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC London) and currently I am working on Hong Kong International Airport – Terminal T2

Tasnia Alam
Architectural Assistant I Part 1 BA (Hons)
Tasnia is a freelance architectural assistant at Our Building Design. She recently graduated in BA Architecture at Central Saint Martins (University of the Arts London).
She is passionate about sustainable and social architecture, and uses innovative designs to improve the needs of people.
Tasnia has volunteered (to represent the young students) at the Brady Arts and Community Centre in Whitechapel, London, to host design workshops with the local community.

Vicky Carrillo Mullo
Architectural Assistant I BA Architecture
Vicky is a freelance architectural assistant at Our Building Design. She has graduated in BA Architecture at the University of Westminster.
Vicky, is a Latin American Architectural Designer based in London. Vicky is interested in participatory design approaches that could address the global problem of housing scarcity, and has undertaken primary research in the past with the self-help housing pioneers Al-Borde Arquitectos (Quito-Ecuador), who exhibited in the 15th International Architecture Biennale di Venezia, Reporting from the Front.
