Our Building Design has a history of working alongside architects, property developers and individual clients to provide the structural calculations and structural drawings required for Building Control approval. From the initial site visit to completion, every project undertaken by Our Building Design is worked on by a dedicated chartered structural engineer, with over 15 years of experience. The Building Control approval structural calculations and structural drawings also provide construction level information that will be required by the contractor.

Pre or post Planning approval, or under Permitted Development, and whether you are looking to extend outwards or upwards, Our Building is perfectly positioned in terms of experience, technical ability and reliability to provide the structural engineering support to your project.

It is a policy of Our Building Design to assist their client by being transparent, rather than quoting unrealistic fees (that may be lower than quotes from other structural consultancies), only to discover possible claims for 'additions' as your project develops.
