Helical stair with no central newel post, resulting in structural stringers (in combination with the stair treads) to provide vertical and horizontal support. Currently at fabrication stage.
Cranked steel beam to support 2 floors, facilitating a rear ground floor extension. Project now complete.
Approx. 7m long steel portal frame with service penetration holes. Project in progress.
